Fakro LSF Fire Resistant Scissors Loft Ladder

The LSF Fire Resistant Scissors Loft Ladder acts as a blaze block in case of a fire inside the builing and prevents the build up of smoke from entering the loft thus provding additional precious time for the fire services to arrive. The Fakro LSF Fire Resistant Scissors Loft Ladder is rated at 60 minutes. The LSF Fire Resistant  Scissor Loft Ladders also feature a hatch unloading mechanism which holds the unit in any position guaranteeing a safe folding and unfolding. The Fakro LSF Loft Ladders are manufactured out of metal and have been powder-coated in grey (RAL 7022). The Loft Ladder has an expanding seal which under the influence of high temperatures increases its volume and prevents smoke from entering the fire free storey.
