Product Description

The Fakro LXW Loft Ladder Upper Hatch prevents attic dust from accmulating on the hatch and steps of the closed Loft Ladder. It improves the overall insulating parametres and tightness of the ladder on which its installed. The upper hatch consists of a frame with 3.6cm thick hatch door, hardware, installation brackets, gas piston and rotational closing handle. Additionally the frame is equipped with a peripheral gasket. The height of the box is 12cm and the hatch is available in standard dimensions for all models of Fakro Loft Ladders except for LDK and LSF models.
